Sword, Fencing, and Japanese Swordmanship Lessons

Guard Up! Family Swordsmanship is located in Burlington, Massachusetts at 103 Terrace Hall Ave (near the Burlington Mall) and is the largest swordsmanship school in the USA.

We offer sword and fencing classes, birthday parties, and special events for ages 4 and up and are open 7 days a week. We also run the Wizards & Warriors™ Summer Camps (day and overnight), School Break Adventures and After School Programs.

Our instructional programs range from weekly classes in Fencing, Japanese Swordsmanship (Kendo), Historical Weapons, and our new Stage Combat Class. Our Wizards & Warriors™ programs include our After School Program for grades 1-5, our Summer Day Camp for ages 6-15, our Summer Overnight Camp for ages 10-16 and our Birthday Parties and Special Events for all ages. These events offer kids, teens and adults the opportunity to live the adventure they have only ever seen in movies or read about in books.
